In this report, a selection of EBU members (BBC, VRT, RTS, Rai, SR) and a guest institute (INA) showcase how they support PSM values using solutions based on AI and data, and thereby raise questions around practicality, ethics, technological expertise, community needs, workflows, quality of data, and infrastructure.

The report also discusses changing organizational and legal contexts, and proposes a set of practical guidelines for successfully adopt AI and data within PSM to support their remit.
