Music rights and social media

This session focuses on basic copyright rules, in particular music rights, for EBU Members publishing their content on social media and similar online content-sharing platforms.

After an initial presentation from Anne-Sarah Skrebers, EBU's Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property, on some of the key elements to keep in mind when posting music content on social media, Stefano Salucci, Digital Project Manager, moderates a roundtable where organizations raise related issues they’ve been dealing with.
